“I have had gel manicures, regular pedicures and regular manicures. They are all great. Also An really cares about my nail health and is helping me strengthen my nails which I appreciate. I am very late in coming to Bay Point nails (been in Bay Point since 03) but now that I know about them and the experiences I have had, not going anywhere else!“

“I’ve been coming to this office for the past 7 years, and the front desk staff (especially Alison, but truly everyone) deserves a gold medal. They are always welcoming, professional, and efficient.

I’ve mostly seen Kathy Kogar, who has been consistently informative, helpful, and great at addressing any questions or concerns. She follows up thoroughly and is very detailed with her exams, which I’ve always appreciated.

The office and bathrooms are always clean, which makes every visit more comfortable.

What I think could be improved: I haven’t interacted much with the doctors themselves (other than when I had a cesarean — Dr. Sullivan was wonderful), even though my visits are billed at doctor-level fees. It would be nice if the doctors were a bit more present during regular visits.

That said, the excellent staff, attentive care, and overall positive experience keep me giving this office 5 stars.“

“Hello peeps!!! All right let's see who is in the chopping block todayyy!!! So today Monday wifey and I decided to do our eyebrows today. What better than to this amazing place at the mall called Namaste eyebrow art. Let's start off with how clean and nice this place is. We walked in and got immediately greeted by both lady's doing the eyebrows. We took a seat in there comfy couch and let me say if it was turned on I would have probably slept so thank god for tit not being turned on. So today both wifey and I decided to get them done. Not bad honestly plus tip we paid each $17 so yes not bad. The lady that did mine took her time and told me how to help her to get most of that stubborn hair out. So yes it was nice to have someone talk to me and inform me what they are doing before doing it. Wifey also had a few things to say about her person. "Mine was really kind and asked me what I wanted done in mine" obviously I told her please just a clean up nothing else. The lady that did her eyebrows took her time and also asked if she wanted aloe gel at the end to calm down the puffiness. We both said yes as this did help out. Now the moment of truth is this place Dendinger approved???? Ladies and gentlemen yessss!!! This place has earned the seal of approval from us we will definitely be back here every month to get our eyebrows fixed. Thank you for such amazing customer service!“

“I went to Beauty Lounge and Wine Bar for the first time last night and left teary eyed, but not for any reason other than the fact that I felt so pretty from the hair cut and color I received from Jonathan.

I came in with hair that kept reverting to red and a weird, shelf of hair that made no sense. He went through the approach for the cut, potential costs, consulted neighbor hair stylists, and got started. I was there for 4 hours and had a couple of glasses of wine while I was there (they have a full bar!!). We chatted easily and along the way he made sure I was comfortable, agreeing with the cut, color, etc. Highly recommend Jonathan.“

“Highly recommend Dr. Schneider. I went to her for treatment of multiple sebaceous hyperplasia spots (dozens) on my face, which I had had for years. She used LamProbe treatment, which worked very well. I had done research in SF and Bay Area for LamProbe providers for my sebaceous hyperplasia. Many day spas and aesthetic professionals did not have treatment options, and of the ones that did, Dr. Schneider gave me the best impression, and I am so happy that I decided to go with her. Her bedside manner is amazing -- kind, understanding, empathetic, very positive. Very informative consultation, good realistic expectation-setting, and smooth scheduling. Reasonable price compared to other quotes I received. The LamProbe treatment itself is somewhat painful (expected, but also because I had so much area to treat and several rather larger spots), but Dr. Schneider checked in with me throughout and was very encouraging. The follow-up session a month later, she continued additional treatment on my face, and also a few cherry angiomas on my torso. It's been about two months since the first treatment and I am very happy with the results. If anyone else, like me, has struggled with sebaceous hyperplasia, I can highly recommend Dr. Schneider. It's hard to describe no longer feeling self-conscious about how your face looks!“
