We had Kristoffer P out for our service and he put more effort into knocking down the cobwebs and spraying all around our house and guesthouse than we have seen in the past year with our other service man. I hope he continues with our service.
I love Rick, he always lets me know when he’s coming and I can text him and ask for any specifics I want hit while he’s here. He does an amazing job and always goes the extra mile. Service tech on last 2 visit was very thorough, Cobb webs and treatment. Update on time of arrival via text, 2 days before, 15 minutes before arrival. Followed up with a phone at time arrival to verify if any issue out of the normal.Completed service in a responsible time then notified when serve call was complete. Nice to have quality techs with good customer service skills
