Killian has been the best pest control I have encountered! Awesome employees who are always so flexible and helpful! They go above and beyond and are generous with their time. I would recommend them 100x over anyone else I have tried! It really is of such value to find a company who goes above the standard to provide quality work!

Killian has been very good to us. They are always professional and courteous. We had a rat problem in attic randomly (coming down from our back neighbor’s palm tree) and Killian closed all the entry points and got rid of the rats we had in attic, and haven’t had a problem since.Services: Rodent extermination

I was with a major pest company for years. The past few years their customer service had went down hill. Finally I let them go and reached out on the neighborhood app for a pest control company. Killians name kept coming up. I called and scheduled an appointment. Since the first call to over a year later I still feel like I matter to them. I explained where problem areas were and the technician actually listened to me. They are nmbr one for a reason.Services: Home inspection
