Gilbert was exceptionally patient and kind in his service with me. I was frustrated and could not hide it. It was not because of Gilbert, rather the situation and my business with his employer. His understanding was reassuring. Not only did he find what no other technician that visited my home over the last four months couldn’t, he treated me with respect and understanding while explaining what he discovered. I wish he was sent to me home from the beginning so that I could have avoided the anguish of a persistent problem. Thank you to Gilbert.
