Living in Bakersfield without an official hospital this urgent care is an excellent alternative. The wait time was fast and the care received was thorough. With the smaller location, parking spots are close to the entrance, which is a plus when you're not feeling well. With the friendly staff, this makes this urgent care 5 stars.

I have no complaints about the pharmacy or Vision Essentials (eye care) and that's why I gave it a 3-star rating. I also had good care with Adventist Hospitals when I had a couple of emergencies. But, I do have a complaint about the wait time for a referral. The GP I have now takes forever to respond to a request for a referral. I have had a rash for over a week now and I requested a referral for a dermatologist a week ago. His nurse finally responded 4 days later, but only to ask for photos of the rash. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT !!Kaiser has some of the longest wait times I've ever seen for most items because there is so massive. The staff is always professional and kind however solution to no stress is If you're gonna go to Kaiser for anything make an appointment or you will be miserable waiting for just about every service they offer. I went in to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. Tell me why they told me it will be ready in 30 minutes. Showed up 1 hour & 45 minutes later ,got in line told me yeah it's not ready yet.
