“I found Central valley tree service through Yelp. Communication was consistent with quick responses. Prices were extremely reasonable. Scheduling was flexible , but could use a confirmation call for the day before the service. Other than that their work was amazing. They did what they said they were going to do and made sure that it looked very nice. I had a very large and tall palm tree removed and it looks like it was never there. 10 out of 10!“

“I can't say enough good things about this company!! I mostly dealt with Monica who was incredible. She was there with me every step of the way when my 35 year old tree blew down during a storm. It was a week before thanksgiving and they were able to come out the next day to get it taken care of. I spoke to them at 5 pm the night before. Monica showed up with the crew and explained how everything was going to go. They were fast, professional with my yard and property. Monica then helped assist me with my insurance claim to make sure it was exactly what they needed so I could get my claim closed. It's stressful when life throws you a curveball but they truly made it all so much easier than I was anticipating. Quick responses, and everyone I dealt with or spoke to was very kind to me. Thank you again so much!!“

“I contacted Torres Landscaping on the recommendation of a friend. Alex, the owner, and I sat on my patio while I shared my ideas for the redesign of my backyard. I had had a waterfall and pond removed due to it being too high-maintenance. I was starting fresh with a blank canvas. I felt like Alex resonated right away with my design ideas for a tranquil zen-garden look. Being an artist can be challenging because many choices can be appealing to me. Alex was open to the journey. He and his crew were very organized and efficient. I appreciated their attention to detail. They completed the job in a timely manner. “The plants look healthy. The price we paid was very reasonable. The service was a bit slow because they did not know us. I am sure when we go back they will be more familiar with our needs. I think they are accustomed to selling to landscape professionals and not a homeowner. Once we got some service both of the men who helped us were very nice. I will definitely go back and shop with my son to landscape his backyard. Bring your own truck and be prepared to help move and load your plants. Oh, and I asked for three stakes to stake up our new Japanese Maple trees and they gave them to us at no charge. That was very nice of them. If you speak Spanish you will probably have an easier time communicating with them. I think they all probably speak English, but Spanish is their primary language. My Spanish is limited. But with a combination of both languages we were able to communicate just fine. Nice people, nice place, good prices, nice variety. Good assortment.“

“They are nice and honest people. I did a modification on my waterfall, so I went to the bulkyard to get a flat piece of stone, and they gave it to me for free. A week later I needed a bigger piece of stone, so I went in again and insisted to pay, but these wonderful people refused and just gave it to me for free again!“
