Thankfully I found Edwin who know landscaping by heart. He recommended french drain and fixed the damage done by the scammer contractor. Edwin installed new sod, a full sprinkler system, drip irrigation around the garden beds, and a french drain — and everything came out beautifully. The crew was professional, kept the job site clean throughout, and finished right on schedule. Communication was excellent from start to finish; they answered all my questions and kept me in the loop every step of the way. On top of all that, the pricing was fair and transparent. “I am the property manager for a 5-acre commercial property in Mojave, CA. With just over 62,000 square feet in office space and parking, there is an extensive landscaping area to upkeep on a regular basis. Good help is hard to come by in this area and we shopped around for a replacement landscaper here and there over the years pre-Covid but to no avail; vendors either declined servicing Mojave, were booked for months with no room to accept new clients, or were out of our price range. Carlos and his crew also took their time to troubleshoot and learned about the control system when others would not to get to the root of the irrigation issues and were able to make permanent repairs on the sprinklers and underground pipes. Their persistence paid off as we have virtually no complaint about broken pipes or flooding since the repairs. When we did have one-off requests, such as a recent multi-day tree-trimming project, Carlos always made time for us and made sure we were taken care of as soon as possible.
