“I can't say enough good things about this company!! I mostly dealt with Monica who was incredible. She was there with me every step of the way when my 35 year old tree blew down during a storm. It was a week before thanksgiving and they were able to come out the next day to get it taken care of. I spoke to them at 5 pm the night before. Monica showed up with the crew and explained how everything was going to go. They were fast, professional with my yard and property. Monica then helped assist me with my insurance claim to make sure it was exactly what they needed so I could get my claim closed. It's stressful when life throws you a curveball but they truly made it all so much easier than I was anticipating. Quick responses, and everyone I dealt with or spoke to was very kind to me. Thank you again so much!!“

“I called Carlos tree service after the last wind storm, where 2 palms started leaning ready to fall. I sent him some photos and he quickly gave me a reasonable estimate. They showed up the next they, and we added trimming all the trees as well as removing 2 trees. They were friendly, professional, with very nice equipment. They removed a very difficult tree that was leaning towards my neighbors house. I am very happy with the work and clean up they did. Thank you guys.“

He then accompanied the crew on the day of service, arriving early to review the estimate and work to be done with me and Walter, the job supervisor. The work was accomplished in excellent form and in compliance with our stated wishes. The cleanup after the job was such that it could not be told that they had been here.This was the second time we have called upon General Tree for our major tree service and we would hire them again.“

“Advanced Tree Care business cards were dropped off in our neighborhood and since we canceled a tree trimming company that would never show up or not even call to reschedule we gave them 3 chances to reschedule. Advanced Tree Care scheduled next day at 2:30 (which was impressive) but no phone call to inform us they couldn't make it due to a previous job. Understandable from time to time but communication is very important instead of no call to inform a new customer that you are unable to make it. I successfully reached Maria who was very pleasant and helpful. I hate to rush people especially in a job that can be so dangerous. Sergio was very nice and professional. I have asked him to return at his convenience to give us an estimate for all 31 of our palms for our annual trimming. I hope this year we receive a reasonable quote.“
