I love the Ming facility because its close to the house and when you book your appointment early enough in the day, you can get in and out of the clinic pretty quickly. Check-in is easy and even easier now with check-in options via text. My primary doctor is Dr. Ofelein and I've always received quality care from her. She explains in detail and always asks if there are any issues she needs to be aware about for her notes. The lab and radiology departments are also great. Customer service from the staff is wonderful. They also have flu clinic walk-ins. My experience with Kaiser Ming has always been pleasant and positive.

Normally i dont have any issues with this place however this week was different. My wife had her own rx to pick up tuesday so i sent my refil request friday. 4/5 ready, not a huge deal really. I got a text 30min after she picked up the rest saying it was ready but she was already almost home so we figured we would pick it up friday or Saturday since Thursday was turkey day. Got another text Thursday reminding me it was ready and a call friday reminding me. Great. Now ive been sick with a sinus infection so i stay home with our little one while she makes the 45min trek out there to pick it up.... and they are closed! Why! I can't tell you enough great things about the medical professionals at Kaiser in Bako. Both Ming and Stockdale are the best. I had really good experiences with wellness and lab work. Very efficient. I became seriously ill last month and they were just amazing. Felt like royalty. Highly recommended. One note though is I had to shave off my beard when I was ill (see photo in profile). Being old they look at older guys with beards like they list their marbles. They talked like I had no clue. Shave off the beard and all is well, but worth noting.
