I really like the coffee location because it's so close to my work and so many work out areas I really like spent class. I like that they offer other group exercise and they have indoor pool and out door pool and sauna.
This gym is beyond great! I enjoy going everyday to do cardio/workout. The environment is very clean and organized. Also, the atmosphere is very friendly and respectful by the staff and members. I continue to positively brag about this gym to my friends and family. Lastly, I have recommended them, some have joined, and they’ve agreed with me that this gym is amazing!
I haven’t been to the gym in many years and thought it would be just like my other experiences. Oh was I wrong. The staff is absolutely amazing, the classes are so fun and the teachers are so great. And the other guests mostly stick to themselves but when interacted with, are so nice and everyone always reciprocates my smile towards them. I feel more included than excluded when I visit the gym. Definitely makes me want to keep going back! ?
