Instructor Jessica for high level class is wonderful! She’s up beat, fast and makes sure you have a good workout! Plus she is so friendly and gets to know everyone in class!
The gym kept up well for the amount of traffic it gets. Most employees are hard working and stay busy. unfortunately there are a few that try to skate, usually early morning before the management arrives.
Friendly staff and members. I have made friends with the other members of the classes that I take there. The classes are easy to schedule and have helped me in my weight loss journey.
