I love this gym immensely… I can’t say enough great things about it honestly. I started being a “gym goer” after being an active member at this location. I started at another one nearby and this location has my heart? from the nicest manager to the amazing trainers and instructors… the atmosphere is unmatched. Alanna, who teaches yoga restore, yoga flow and pilates has made such an impact on my fitness journey!! She is sooo good!! I plan my weeks around her classes. Just love her and how encouraging she is. The community at seven oaks is what I was missing. This is just the beginning. I can’t wait to see where my body will be in a year, 5 years etc. ???
i love this seven oaks facility, it’s always clean, i love being able to walk in the door, check in at the counter then go get lost in my workouts. the amenities are on point. paying a $100/mo seems a lot but if you use the gym & take advantage of the amenities you’ll easily get your money’s worth.
I love the overall gym design. I enjoy all the classes and I like that you offer towels and other items including coffee. The environment of the gym including the outdoor pool area are very welcoming.
