I thoroughly enjoy the sauna, steam and jacuzzi at this Coffee road location. And a special shout out to all the personnel for their efforts to keep the place a welcoming clean place to be. Theres just a lot of people that are there to keep the benches and equipment warm while they scroll their phones but thats not the gyms fault !
I really like In-Shape and this location has packed a lot in. There's the massage chairs for a certain level of membership-- the hydro-chair is my favorite. I personally enjoy the pilates and yoga classes filled up by dry sauna. Both the dry and steam saunas are found within the locker rooms; they are not co-ed at this location. The front desk hands out towels: small sweat size and larger for showers, which are simply dropped in a bin. This is so nice for working out and not having to store dirty towels if you're going straight to work afterward, or just wash them yourself every time you work out.
