Technicians like Alex and Trent showed expertise and diligence, diagnosing dirty coils and leaking refrigerant valves. The service manager Chris also came to help. Even when cool air stopped blowing later that night, the team returned the next morning and scheduled follow-ups to order parts. After a couple of hours, the system was up and running. Customers are very thankful and grateful for the expertise. This is the 4th year since the unit was replaced by Grogan, and they have been serving the unit ever since.
