During the hottest stretch of the summer, these (incredibly over-busy) guys did everything they could to get to us ASAP and help us when our AC went out. Tiffany provided top-notch customer service in setting up an appointment; and Derek provided expert on-site service. Derek was very clear about our options in diagnosing the issue and helping us best decide what to do; and then the problem was fixed the very next day. I highly recommend you use Evans Heating and Air Conditioning. Tiffany was so helpful when scheduling out my service and their technicians were very thorough when troubleshooting our unit. They found the issue with the leaking coil and repaired it in a matter of days once the part arrived.I had previously worked with 2 other companies who I had trouble with scheduling and rude technicians who refused to go into the attic and further troubleshoot.
