Good gym! Very clean! Only problem is that there's equipment that needs to be repaired for more than 3 months! Also they need to replace all the benches in the dumbbell area to adjustable incline bench! They only have one that works.

The staff is amazing, kind and helpful. However, when a machine goes down it does take a while for it to get fixed. Also, the cable machines squeak very loudly and stick when you pull on them. Makes it hard to work out when it doesn't actually pull the weight you have it set for.

I really love going to crunch fitness. I was one of the first members to sign up. The gym haven't even opened up when I got my membership. The only complaint I have about this gym is you do not stay up with your tanning beds the lay down tanning bed has been out for months and months. The tanning beds aren't too clean and that's a part of our membership, so if you guys could do better about the tanning beds and things that are supposed to be included in our memberships, it would be a lot better. Your staff is wonderful. I love all the staff I just wish you guys would do better on taking care of cleaning things, and making sure things are working.
