    Diana is truly the best personal trainer you’ll ever meet! It took a year for me to reach out and start a healthier lifestyle. I’ve trained with her for a whole year and all I can say she is the best decision I’ve ever made! She always has made me feel comfortable at the gym and gives positive reinforcements during all the workouts! In addition, I work in the education field where my life is consumed with work. Diana has always been flexible with me and is encouraging not only in my fitness journey but in my work. It feels like I gained a friend along the way!     I was originally looking for group exercise and by chance ran across Diana's reviews. They were all encouraging and very inspiring. I called and spoke with her. We met. I've been training with her since August of 2022. Best investment I've made for myself. She's professional, motivating, easy to relate to, understands and encourages self care. (This was really important to me.) I look forward to all my workouts and ALWAYS leave the gym feeling great. ?

    Diana is not only an awesome trainer but also a beautiful person. I trained with her for two months, working out with her was always fun, I learn so much from her , even though workouts weren't easy she made them look easy, she was always in a positive mood and with her beautiful smile, she would always answer my questions. Hello, my name is Diana and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I have my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology w/ a concentration in Exercise Science. I help Women and men lose weight, drop body fat, build muscle, improve their quality of life, sculpt and enhance their shape through a balanced lifestyle approach. I help my clients get results that make them feel more confident and happy about themselves.
