Kim responded to my request for service on Monday morning and was able to send her squad of cleaners to my residence within 3 hours of our initial contact. I was very happy with their work and because I was getting ready for a couple of events they had to work around me as my work space is my dining room area. The ladies came in and got started right away, almost in whirlwind fashion. Within 4 hours my home was deep cleaned including the inside window and blinds....Thank you Kim to you and to your ladies I will definitely be using their services again.
A-1 Cleaning Services is licensed and professional. Kimberly runs a very efficient business. Great communication throughout the project. From my initial inquiry, she responded quickly and provided a thorough description of the services available, terms, and timeline.Her staff, led by Addy, was pleasant and the crew of four worked for over seven hours and cleaned my parents vacant house to include windows, walls, ceiling fans, floors, window coverings, mopped the entire garage/workshop, cleaned refrigerator and all appliances. In addition, they went out of their way to rent equipment and shampoo the rooms with carpet. I cannot recommend this business higher.
First the communication was fast and professional. I used A-1 cleaning service for a move out cleaning. The ladies were super polite and did an amazing job. Well worth every penny. I would definitely use their services again.
