“Darrell did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets throughout my entire home. From the beginning, he was honest, professional, and very prompt. He even came out the same day to provide an honest estimate. What really stood out to me was his integrity — he told me my hardwood floors did not need cleaning instead of trying to upsell unnecessary services.

The carpets came out great, and he even followed up the next day to make sure everything looked good once the carpets had fully dried. Excellent customer service, reasonable pricing, and truly hard to find someone this honest nowadays who isn’t trying to nickel and dime you for everything.

I like how they used wall bumper things to keep the edges of my wall safe from the equipment they were using. They treated my big stains with a pleasant citrus scented cleaner before starting. The price was fair compared to other carpet cleaners out there, but the friendly staff, extra time and care put them over the top. Other companies send out young teenagers who rush through the job without attention to detail, but not Kern Floor Care. Here are my own personal before and after images.
