It made all the difference, as the situation was stressful enough in itself. My son fractured his leg, and the staff were very kind and helped us get in and out in a timely matter. Kristen just picked up where Patty left off. She includes me in my health decisions. “I've been coming to Dr. Reddy over the last 5 years to get immunotherapy injections. He is one of the most smartest man I've known. He has helped control my allergies and my asthma. I'm no longer having Asthma flare-ups. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.“

“This place has really improved over the past couple of years, I think due to their new physician, Dr. Tabrizi, and his work with the staff to really turn things around. (I think he might be their clinical director now?) I've been going here close to 10 years. I've had a couple of nurse practitioners who I really liked, but follow up by the front desk or medical assistants could be hit or miss in the past. What was most annoying is that I had three care providers who got ill or had to take leave. Rather than scheduling me with a different provider or being honest about how long the provider would be out, they'd just try to schedule me for 6 months out (and then reschedule me again), resulting in a LOT of deferred care. Shift to now - it's not hard to reach staff for scheduling, I usually get a call back within a day or so for results, referrals are processed in a timely manner, and everybody is courteous and professional (it used to be that the folks at the front desk would just be chatting with each other and kind of ignore the patients, or calls would not be returned). Dr. Tabrizi is great - he's been helping me work through those deferred health issues, and has really helped me with referrals and coordinating care. Staff now are great to deal with, too, and deserve a lot of credit. I always try to complement them. Please keep Dr. Tabrizi happy, so we don't have yet another turnover in physicians! I will probably not stay with the practice if that happens, as I had almost given up on it, prior to his arrival.“
