Today, I dropped in to try to move forward some medical care I’ve needed for almost two years. To be clear, AllCare hasn’t been the problem for two years—but my surgically repaired neck has been.

The system doesn’t always work the way it’s supposed to. Sometimes, though, it seems to work exactly as designed—and that isn’t always in the patient’s favor.

So today, I took a more direct approach. I personally delivered records to both the specialty practice I was referred to and AllCare’s administrative offices.
