These guys are awesome! Our pressure switch went out late yesterday afternoon, so no water for us! I called Farm Supply, as they have always been good to us, and all of their service guys had left for the day at 4:30! I left multiple messages on their emergency line with no response. This morning with still no water, I called Filipponi and Thompson at 6:30am and left a message hoping to get on their schedule first thing. At 7:30 I got a call and was told they'd send someone out asap. Sure enough by 9:15 Zach and another guy were here and fixed our issue within a few minutes! They also checked our holding tank and other things to make sure all is well. Super nice guys! By the way, I had gotten a call back from Farm Supply at 9:00am and they said they might be able to get someone out later today or tomorrow! No thanks! I'll be calling Filipponi and Thompson from now on!
John is the best communicator in any business I've seen! Calls you back right away. Calls you to tell you he's on his way. Calls you if he can't be there at the time he proposed. I sincerely appreciate that! Has been about 30 days since the 1st treatment. Have not seen a new gopher mound anywhere in my backyard since. He and his partner were very nice and professional. I recommend them highly.

It was a very good experience. I had needed their services in san luis and then I needed their services in Atascadero and was thrilled with the results of the carpet cleaning. I got same day service from when I called and he was very nice and professional. I had a big job for them to do and they did it in a very efficient way and the amount of time it took as compared to other carpet cleaners was way better and the quality of the results were better.

Had my first experience here and loved it. Kendra and Sabel did a fantastic job of communicating (both with me, and each other), bouncing ideas off of one another and working together to give me the best results. Sabel did absolute magic with my thick hair and thinning it the way I’ve been wanting (and needing!), that the last few cuts at other salons just haven’t quite satisfied. Kendra was also super considerate of how I normally style my hair and gave me really thoughtful recommendations for regular upkeep. I didn’t even realize they are a completely organic salon until half way through my appointment, so that’s just a bonus. The girls are super sweet and fun, and my hair looks and feels amazing. I’ll 100% be returning.

Just came for a men's haircut, been trying to find a shop worthy of repeat business and I think I have found it. Was able to make an appointment and was seated within five minutes of that time, the interior is decorated very quaintly and I enjoyed the vibe. Usually easy to get into. I've only really had Felix or Larry cut my hair. I think Felix is now retired due to health. I always get a quality cut here. Larry is amazing. He's in his 80's and still doing a superb job. He's so fun to talk with as well. Big Dodger fan and it's great to talk old LA history with him. It's not a super fast cut. But he gives you his time and attention to make sure you are well taken care of. He's been cutting my hair for 10-12 years and I have been very impressed with his skill and wonderful demeanor. Hoping he'll hang in there for years to come.
Angela is awesome! Super sweet, super personable and made my first spray tanning experience very easy. Angela is very thorough with instructions so even a newbie like me is able to follow everything she was asking me to do to get the best possible results. The tan itself looked great and very natural which is exactly what I wanted since I was getting the tan done for my wedding day. I also did teeth whitening with Angela and everything went off without a hitch. The whitening experience was so comforting I almost fell asleep in the chair. Thanks Angela!

I absolutely loved this place! I love the ambience inside. I love how the windows were covered and it’s a little bit darker that made it so much better for me and I’m definitely gonna come back for that.
In addition to that, I got a great pedicure with a matching manicure and when I say matching, I mean, this is one of the few places I’ve seen that offers the same treatment for your feet on your hands.
I also got matching light pink gel on my fingers and my toes and this was 11 days ago and both still look great. Always get gel it’s worth it are you for real!?!?
I almost forgot, I came in originally to get my acrylics removed, and they did a great job doing that using the foils and the cotton balls and their tools instead of prying them often damaging your nails. Thank you, I can’t wait to come back!

Katie does my hair and is always up for whatever challenge I throw at her, from pink and purple to going red, blonde or brunette, Katie has done it all and done it all beautifully. She has a wonderful eye for color and helps me pick the tones that will compliment me best. I cannot recommend this salon enough! They are always booked out so get on the calendar, the wait is worth it!

These ladies are absolute life savers! Very patient and caring! I went in without having brushed my hair for months and they were 100% willing to try whatever they could. Kathy and Karen were the 2 wonderfully beautiful woman who help with my tragedy of a head of hair. I didn't want to cut my hair but at the end of the day ended up needing to anyway. These ladies made me feel so good about it though. They showed me style options and even offered wigs. They made me feel so beautiful walking out with my hair cut short. I found Brandi nearly 2 years ago when I grew tired of driving over the grade to SLO every time I needed a wax. It turned out to be the best lazy decision I ever made. Brandi is sweet, personable, and is incredibly thorough (seriously, 10/10 and puts the 'big name' SLO wax shop to shame). Brandi doesn't just treat you like a number, but makes the entire process easy and relaxing - which is a challenge when you're buck naked in front of a stranger getting your hair ripped out. She is now, and will forever be, my go-to gal for waxing.

Called Bell plumbing today. Told him I had a water heater that was no good. The home warranty was taking four days to get anything done. He was able to come out and take care of the problem. Great company highly recommended.

All aspects of our experience with S. Carlson exceeded our expectations. The company gave us a rough estimate of the cost over the phone and the final invoice matched the estimate. The repair man, Jamie, was available the same day. Jamie respected our request to stay on the joists and off of wires while working on the repair in the attic. He was able to complete the work in a tight space without having to remove other structures, which saved us from a more extensive repair. Repair looks neat. Jamie and Mike explained things plainly and were a pleasure to work with.
The technician, Joe, was ontime and worked quickly to fix my water filter system. He showed me the part that was replaced and explained what the issue was. He was professional and friendly.

I went in to shop to consider new countertop material and was very pleased with the attention and information I was given. I selected a Quartz which was on sale, and scheduled an appt for a template. Austin contacted me and did the template and within 3 weeks it was installed. The price for the work was very reasonable, the level of communications was beyond excellent, and the installers were professional and respectful while in my home. Most importantly, the quality and work and end result is Phenomenal! Couldn't be happier!!!!
The best roadwork around. The crew arrived when they were scheduled, the work was done with the best materials, and the project remained in budget.
The master bathroom and bedroom of our rental flooded while the tenants were out of town due to a faulty supply line in the master bathroom sink and the damage that resulted was massive. The entire master bathroom had to be rebuilt from the studs up and flooring and drywall had to be replaced in the bedroom. Central Coast Casualty Restoration helped us from the initial emergency response through the entire repair process. The experience working with this company was absolutely excellent. Wade helped us with the initial emergency response and was at our house within 2 hours of calling the company with a crew to start tearing out flooring/ carpet and insulation and air movers and dehumidifiers to start the dry-out process. They ran non-stop, with Wade checking in daily, for the next 6 days until the space was dried out (verified and documented with digital moisture measurements of the walls and floor). The demo process happened next and this was done with incredible cleanliness and minimal impact to the rest of the home. Finally the repairs process was headed up by Angel, who was incredible to work with. He is an excellent communicator, always keeping us informed of the schedule of contractors at each stage of the repair process, and took initiative at each stage of repairs to go the extra mile in making sure all repairs were on-target for a rapid finish. We had a tight deadline to get repairs finished for some incoming renters and throughout the process Angel did everything in his power to meet that deadline. Before I could even ask a question about when this or that contractor or repair would happen next, he would already text or call informing me that the next step had been scheduled and was in-progress. I could not be more impressed by my experience working with him. On top of that, all the sub-contractors we had out to do the drywall, plumbing, flooring, painting, and insulation were extremely professional, courteous, and enjoyable to work with. While having a massive flood happen at our property was not in any way ideal, the whole crew at Central Coast Casualty Restoration made the process of dealing with this disaster as painless as possible. If you find yourself dealing with a similar situation, I could not recommend them more.

Now names Bullard Family Construction. They are amazing. A very nice and extremely talented family. I've had 2 projects done: installation of pavers and gut and redo of guest bathroom. Both projects turned out great. Neighbors keep commenting on the paver installation since it was outside in front and side. Cannot say enough about Lois, Steve, Sterling, Stetson, and Wyatt. I feel blessed that they took these projects on and did an outstanding job.

We had mice in our house and my husband hates them. Me too! Our cat used to kill mice in our previous house, but she is too old to be a mouser now. I called A-1 and they had their rodent expert Derek out to talk about our options. He explained the pros and cons of our two options clearly and answered all my questions. I felt really confident at that point about A-1 and decided to go with their service. When Derek came to do the work he again explained clearly all he did, both to the outside of our house to keep the mice where they should be, and the inside of the house and where to put the traps --and to keep our beloved 19 year old kitty safe from the traps. He was always very factual and friendly and focused on doing a great job for us. I would totally recommend A-1 Pest Management to my neighbors and friends.

Chuck and company did a good job lightening the sail canopies on a gaggle of 60’ + oaks around my house. The oaks healed right over and seem stronger after pruning. Also removed an 80’ Monterey pine that died next to the house. Very controlled removal starting at the top and working down. They have all the right tools for the job and experience too. My daughter had to have 2 teeth pulled out and it was such a pleasant experience for her. They were kind, comforting, engaging with her and making sure she’s not nervous. Her teeth were numbed and we opted for the gas - bubble gum flavor- to calm her down and it worked. The procedure took little time and now we are home healing. Thank you Pure Pediatrics!
I have been going here for 4 years and I am impressed with how pain-free their procedures are. I trade back and forth between both Doctor Becks, and they numb me up without making me too numb for hours after, yet there is no pain, (other than a brief pinch with the initial injection.) I have heard from others that they are excellent at extractions because Dr. Nathan worked on the tiny island of Samoa for two years where there were no oral surgeons to refer patients to. He mastered very tricky procedures there out of necessity. As a Navy dentist Dr Preston worked with young recruits who were the age of needing wisdom teeth removed. He became a pro. They both went to excellent dental schools—UCLA and USC. They are impressive and kind.

Dr. Hixson is the greatest. I had major back surgery in February of last year. Had some hip problems with pain in my right hip. Went back to the Dr. several times with no relief. Asked the Dr. for a referral to a Chiropractor and he said no. Moved down here and my daughter had been to Dr. Hixson and made an appointment for me. One visit and I felt great. I go in about once a month and I have never been better. The office staff is great and so accommodating. A big thank you to Dr. Hixson and his staff.

My dog is now 17, and pretty healthy, but I switched to ECV last year when I was concerned about his teeth. Dr. Robinson was very gentle with him and after senior blood work got him in asap for a cleaning and 2 extractions. He did very well ( even at 16 yrs old!) with the anesthesia and I could tell he felt better too. Just recently he had an exam with Dr Schmidt (another fantastic vet!) and she's helping him with some arthritis and anxiety. He's very deaf and losing his sight slowly, but this office is keeping him in the best shape possible and he's still running around like a puppy. In between naps! The front and back office personnel are always helpful and informative, I highly recommend this office.

Recently we had to have one of our precious kitties put down due to illness causing poor quality of life and pain. When we called they got us in immediately. We were of course very sad and crying. They have a special area for this which was very comforting. I was so very impressed with their empathy and kindness in this matter. They were so kind and caring to our little kitty and to us making it so much easier to go through such a sad time. I couldn't be more thankful to have such wonderful people to care for our animals and us.
I took my two Australian Shepherds here and they did an AMAZING job. We live on acreage and the pups are out all day, so foxtails have always been an issue. When I picked up, I was expecting them to be stressed out. I walked in and it was a super calm atmosphere and my pups were just hanging out with the other dogs there. Pups are much happier with their fresh cuts. The owner spent so much time with me about ways I can mitigate the foxtail buildup in their coats. 10/10 highly recommend.
Emilie is amazing! My Frenchie has extremely sensitive skin and since seeing her the last few months her skin has drastically improved. She is very prompt and reliable. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer!

I've had several sessions with Steve for my neck and hips, mostly. Steve's intuition for pressure and his knowledge of Myo-fascial Release is quite good. I can tell he's worked on a lot of people to hone his skills. He requires your feedback on the pressure, so he can stay at the critical points, reduce or increase pressure for effectiveness. A very nice man, with a fine sense of humor. Get relief, and get back to work---fast!

I am not an expert on massage techniques but I went to Phoenix Massage Therapy in Atascadero recently and received a 90 minute massage from Wendy and it was one of the best massages I have ever received. Wendy was professional in her approach and checked to see that the level of massage was good and not too rough or hard. She even massaged my fingers and toes. I also appreciated that the massage went for the full 90 minutes. The room was very clean and there was soft relaxing music. I'll be back for sure.

Was my fist time going in, and it was a nice atmosphere, I got the 60 min full body and Tina was amazing. I've had knots in my shoulders causing headaches and man she found them and worked them out. Will definitely be going back!
