The best deep tissue massage I've ever had. Helen went out of her way to help with explanations of self care I can use to reduce some muscle tension. She went above and beyond.She was able to get my headache to go away for a while. I'm so grateful. The headache is back but not as bad & that's not her fault.The pain is from an injury from work. Just having the headache gone for a while was amazing because I go to sleep with pain/headache & wake up with a headache/pain everyday. She's wonderful.I highly recommend Helen's Rose Garden deep tissue massage.

If you need to relax or have muscle pain this is where you need to go! Helen's deep tissue massage is amazing! She was also extremely helpful with information I can try to use to help reduce my constant headache/muscle pain. She's very kind and caring.I highly recommend her work and her facility.

I can't say enough good things about Rose Garden Foot Spa. It is more than a foot spa. They do full body massage and lymphatic drainage, also. Helen very attentive. She really listens to which massage techniques work best for you. Her kindness, gentleness and professionalism are just a few of her wonderful assets. The spa is very clean and the atmosphere is total calm and relaxation. I look forward to my next visit.
