Just had my first 90 minute massage with Arwen. It was life changing. She definitely helped me with my lower back pain and gave me the best massage I have ever had. I will be going back and recommending her to everyone I know. Thank you!!!

I'd been experiencing some unusual and severe pain (and coming from an arthritic with FMS, that's saying something), so I figured a new masseuse could help alleviate some of my discomfort. It was Easter weekend, but after texting Katrina, I got a response right away and was taken care of on Easter Saturday. She listened to my concerns, and worked explicitly on the area I told her about. The following day, Easter Sunday, was a little rough, but the next week the pain was definitely alleviated! Loved having a massage by Katrina. She played? The bowls before my massage at my request. It felt very healing and relaxing.Came back for a breath work session that helped me listen to my body better. Such a warm, calm and loving and safe place.
