“Melanie was a critical part of the healing of my shoulder as I have been recovering from a partial tear. When I started seeing her I had a nearly frozen shoulder with considerable, consistent pain. While trying to avoid surgery and waiting on orthopedic care and physical therapy she was able to get my muscles working again, restoring movement and greatly reducing pain (to the point where I could decline a steroid shot and still effectively engage in physical therapy.) She did a great job setting expectations, explaining how the therapy would progress and adjusting to how my body was reacting. I strongly believe that treatment with Mel was the key to my recovery and ability to avoid more invasive medical intervention. “I’ve been going to Kinesis for a couple of years now and they are great. Lacey at the front desk is great at scheduling my appointments and giving me updates on my copays. Erikka is a great massage therapist. She listens to my symptoms/concerns and addresses them during the treatment. Love her. My chiropractor is Dr Jack and he’s great with my adjustments and educating me on stretches and exercises I can do at home to improve my posture and decrease my back and neck pain. I no longer work near the clinic but I still travel from Fullerton to get my treatment at Kinesis. Recommend their services.“

“Im a retired nurse and I have been treated by Dr Russo for several years due to back pain. No matter how I feel coming in, I always feel better with relief of pain. He uses a special tool called an activator makes it painful with no "cracking" of the bones. He is open daily M-F and has late appointments as needed due to work. Danielle is the office assistant and is wonderful as well. She works magic with his schedule! Try him, you wont be disappointed!“

“I helped my hubby find Doctor Thomas through reviews on Yelp. I’m very happy that my husband agreed to try doctor Thomas. My hubby called to make an appointment they were very friendly and he was able to make an appointment right away. He was walking with a cane because his back hurt so bad. After a few visits and an mri. The mri showed that my hubby was a candidate for decompression of the spine. Slowly my hubby has made great progress so much so that I noticed today he’s no longer walking with a cane and he is able to preform some normal duties around the house. I liked my hubbies results so much I decided to give doctor Thomas a try for my headache and lower back pain. After a few visits I’m feeling much better too. I truly believe in a good chiropractor and natural medicine where possible. It’s nice to have choices when it comes to your health care. For me medication and surgery are a very last resort.
