When one of our toilets stopped flushing, I first tried plunging it and running a six-foot auger through the line, but neither worked. Maria took my call, and Stephen and Erick arrived at our home shortly afterward. Using their equipment, they removed an approximately four-foot-long mass of palm roots from the plumbing line.

Because the line had been breached, we decided to replace the damaged section up to the elbow. This was a significant project that required removing the baseboards and travertine tile, opening the concrete slab, and excavating the area to access the pipe.

I explained to Maria that we were expecting international guests the following week. She assured me the entire project would be completed before their arrival, including installing new tile and reattaching the baseboards—and they delivered exactly as promised.

Throughout the process, the crew worked methodically, kept the area clean, and responded promptly to every question or concern I had. The finished work looks excellent. After repainting the walls and baseboards, the bathroom looks brand new.

They just finished my entire house re-piping and it's a big job for the house with age; I am happy with the result and after I back from my trip, I found out there is one hose in my backyard without any water which the hose is important to me while I work in the back yard. I contacted Plumber XP and Eddie was here yesterday afternoon. I have worked with Plumber XP for years but never have a chance to meet Eddie. “Our kitchen sink was backed up for two days and nothing I tried was working. I called for a drain cleaning and Rob showed up within a couple hours. He was super nice and explained that we had a major grease clog further down the line. He got it cleared out pretty quickly and even gave me some tips on how to keep it from happening again. It was a messy job but he made sure to wipe down under the sink before he left. The price was fair and the service was fast. I would definitely call them again.“
