I am pregnant so she also made sure to use all pregnancy safe products on me! The room was clean, had relaxing music playing and my treatment ended with THE most amazing facial massage (I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed). Berry did an overall refresh of our home, and their work was superb. We had them completely renovate the bathrooms and the laundry room, replace all windows and doors, add a tankless water heater, build cabinets and bookcases, install new countertops and backsplashes, set up new appliances, update all the lighting and paint every square inch. The Berry team exhibited great craftsmanship and precision, answered all our questions and helped us get the best possible results for our budget. Everything works and looks great!

I’ve been a manicure client of Stacy’s for over 15 years — and I’ve had acrylic nails for more than 30! She is hands down the most professional manicurist I’ve ever known. She is constantly expanding her products and offerings! Always keeping up and ready for any crazy nail art her clients dream up! And don’t get me started on the rainbow of glitter choices! Her private studio is warm and inviting. It is always a treat to see her every two weeks for my self-care session!
Tim was so amazing! I was running pretty late towards the end of the day when they close. He was so sweet and would always check in with me making sure I liked what he was doing. He followed my inspiration perfectly. It looks and feels great! Very gentle. A little pricey but you get what you pay for! They also have a 2 week policy so if you have any issues, you can come back to get whatever you need fixed.
It’s evident that they don’t get a lot of African American customers. My family has been in this area since the 50’s. This is my home! I’ve never in my 50 years of life had a nail tech tell me that the color I chose didn’t flatter my skin tone. So I went with her choice of color. But I didn’t like it. I was so dissatisfied that I paid for the full service and a tip. I advised them that I was not pleased and would go to my normal pedicure technician to fix it. No problem. But then the manager said that I chose the color. I was offended because I didn’t choose the color. I felt he should have listened and been apologetic. I was not irrate with him and even paid for a $95 full set as well as $65 for a 10 year old manicure and full set of gel tips, and $60, plus tip for a pedicure that i didn’t like.
I will never go back and forever stand against their outrageous service to us and lack of consideration. Now had we gone in with violence like some do when they feel they’ve been done wrong at the nail shop. I might understand their position. But this was pure discrimination because of race.
Ignorance is not an excuse. You can’t tell a customer that the color they choose is not flattering to their skin tone. If the customer agrees with you and ultimately doesn’t like your suggestion it shouldn’t be a problem to fix it. But because it tolerated customers like me get taken advantage of and it’s abusive in so many ways. I am not that woman that has ever acted out or not shown utmost appreciation in a nail salon. I don’t appreciate the ignorance and disrespect after I paid for a full pedicure that I will have to have fixed at another place. Customer service is everything and goes a long way. You might have taken the time to fix it rather than make a customer feel like they did something wrong by listening and taking the advice of your own technician. If you can’t stand behind your words then be silent. You get why! I am sad that I came here and couldn’t post a stellar and excellent review of my experience like so many others did. It’s unfortunate and most likely no one cares. My consolation is having a president that everyone thinks is racist but he’s absolutely not. That fact made me smile as the manager was being politely rude to me and condescending because he thinks he can. No worries. Karma gone catch you in some way business wise and personally. Be careful how you treat others.. Listen to others concerns. Always be kind and understanding. Don’t be so quick to dismiss them because of what you think. You may not have all the facts or realize certain facts. Just be willing to listen in an unbiased way and apologize whether you’re wrong or right because it does affect your business and your reputation whether you think so or not.

Tucked away on Branch Street, this little salon is a fabulous find. I've been getting my haircut here for about three years now and I am never disappointed - always lots of compliments on the cut from all my friends. The two Tonis are friendly and I'm always happy with the end result. I just send a photo of what I want and it is replicated. Don't pass by this salon without making a stop!
I am really glad I took my mom here and was seen by Sandra for her hair color. She did a great job with my mom and her hair. We came in a wheelchair and Sandra was so nice to move her styling chair so I don't have to transfer her so much from her wheelchair. I love that the salon is small and intimate. Everyone seems to have been there for a while including clients. Parking is in the back and handicap accessibility is difficult to find (like a maze) to get to the salon. I will return here for my moms hair and I have already recommended people of the salons great service and work ! Thank you for this gem!

Getting the Diamond Glow facial with Liz at Lux Medí Spa was such a delightful experience. Liz is incredibly knowledgeable and professional in her craft ! She catered every step of the experience to my personal needs and guided me through the process going above and beyond any expectations. The environment was apart from adorable, very relaxing and soothing. I have sensitive skin and everything she used and applied felt delicious on my skin ! Not only was the service beyond but the product selection she carries is quality. Definitely recommend. Definitely going back.
I visited Ritual for the first time this past weekend and am already looking forward to my next visit. I chose the Luxe Brow & Soothing Mask Treatment with Fawn. I had a few questions prior to the appointment and Heather was great about throroughly and patiently addressing my concerns. My appointment was with Fawn and she was not only extremely talented (my brows have never looked better in my life) but she was also wonderful to chat with while also maintaining a very calm and relaxing experience. Basically, 10/10. I had a great time, my brows and skin look better than they have in years and I'm glad to have found such a great local place. If you're considering a treatment for yourself or as a gift, go for it! I really loved it.

The owner, Kris Outland did the entire flooring in my house. It was an A grade job, in time, on budget, and very competitive with the market. Kris went out of the way to cover part of the garage in order to make a smooth transition from concrete to floor, and seamless transitions with patios, bathroom tiles etc. In flooring one needs to pay attention to the books and crannies in the house and that is where his attention to details shows up.

The two brothers did an outstanding job of our kitchen remodel. Dusty always let us know what he was doing and why. Dusty paid attention to details and came in under budget. Dusty treated everyone with respect and we knew we could depend on his word.
We hired Cobb Tree Service to trim our trees on our 11 acre property. We have a variety of trees including 62 mature palms, peppers, oaks and pines. The team was professional treating each tree individually, providing what it needed to look great and be healthy. The crew stayed the entire day working hard moving tree to tree. My property looks fabulous. I am a repeat customer for Cobb and will definitely use them again
Ace removed 2 polar trees with an aggressive root system that was threatening the foundation of our house. The trees were in a planter adjacent to a wall and were starting to crack the wall. The Ace crew safely removed these trees in a tight space and removed the roots by the foundation with a stump grinder. Highly recommend their efficient and friendly service.

I took a fall and ruined my crown; Dr. Steve is walking me through a process for making sure we select the right option for me in replacing it, and the front office staff are great about helping me with insurance/payment questions. I've had nothing but excellent care and client service with this clinic. Highly recommended.

These are the most unprofessional dentist I've ever come across.I had a veneer bridge done and when it broke I called and tried to get it fixed and they said that they had already repaired it which was a lie and that their prices have doubled and then they could not get me in for at least a year what a letdown in the secretary was beyond rude I highly recommend it not going to this dentist.
My family and I have had so much relief from our symptoms Dr Runnerstrom and Dr Leah Longhin get to the root cause are so caring and take their time with each patient to mete our needs . They are just wonderful can’t say enough ???
Cory Moore was highly recommended by many of my friends. I kept meaning to make an appointment but because l “life happens” I put it off and ended up calling his office with an injury and in a lot of pain. I was seen that day and I got some relief right away. Dr Cory was knowledgeable, very friendly, and gentle but effective. He explained what he was going to do and talked me thru the process. His prices are very fair and affordable. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Just a great overall experience.

We are a newer client to this office and take our 2 dogs and 1 cat. They are always kind and very friendly. One of our dogs is very nervous at the vet and semi reactive. They were so helpful by allowing us to handle all our paperwork in the exam room so that I didn’t have to try and hold our dog and sign paperwork in the lobby. We are very happy we switched to this office!
Very professional, straight to the point but very clear, gives multiple opportunities to ask questions/share concerns, and reasonably priced (expect to pay a minimum of $350). I got there early, but the doc was backed up with patients so my dog wasn't seen until 2 hours after our scheduled appointment. She comes HIGHLY recommended and is the only one with her specialty within 150 mile radius. Totally worth the wait!

Shelley is awesome! I go to her for electrolysis (hair removal) and she does a wonderful job, honest work. She’s personable and makes each session go by quickly with good conversation. Highly recommend to ANYONE needing electrolysis, Shelley is very open minded and pleasant.
My husband and I both got a 60 minute body massage here. We have been to many different massage businesses but this one is by far the best one. Both of the massage therapists did an outstanding job. They know what they are doing and have great technique. We will definitely be back.

The massage was pretty good. They did talk during the massage and left the room a couple of times. Their bathroom was out of toilet paper but replaced it when we let them know. It’s a decent massage. At check out they ask how much you’re doing for tip which was a little odd. Of course we tipped but it was just a little weird to be put on the spot.
