Called same day to schedule an appointment for the afternoon. He was very flexible with my appointment time. When I came in, the owner was very friendly and easy going. Did my fingerprinting in under 5mins, and was very professional. Super impressed with his service and would highly recommend!

This was my first time using this business. The owner was terrific, he was gone when I arrived, I called him and he came back right away to help me. Great customer service, highly recommend.

This person is awesome. I called with a question and he spent several minutes on the phone intricately detailing steps I need to handle my issue in another state, which means no actual business for him. I very much appreciate his time, and if I ever am in need of services within the state of California I am absolutely calling Star Investigations. Thank you again!
