We were at the end of an 5 month house remodel and initially hired Jose to come in and fix a botched window trim job and painting of three bedrooms. He promptly gave us a quote and got the job done. We loved his work so much that we hired him to complete the finish work (door trim and base boards) for the rest of the house. Throughout the whole process Jose communicated with us on what we wanted, how long he estimated it would take. He stayed within the budget he quoted us and did impeccable work. He was honest and trustworthy. I cannot recommend him enough. Our house is finally done and his work was the finishing touch.

Today Ismael and his capable crew removed a very large pine for us. There were many positives about our experience with this crew but what stands out the most for us is how highly skilled they were all the while performing their job in an ultra-safe manner. The final qualifier for the 5* rating is the very thorough job they did cleaning up the work area! So happy with our experience that we have arranged for them to return next week to trim 3 trees! He checks to make sure the project is moving along, needs no prodding, and answers all my good and dumb questions quickly and thoroughly. Rene and Cash came to my old farmhouse (translation: old pipes and plumbing) to go deep down the mainline.I called Rex’s because last time I used Roto Rooters and was disappointed. SO GLAD I CALLED REX’S!! Seriously, best plumbing service I have ever experienced. They gave me a heads up call when they were ten minutes out which I thought was really considerate. Then when the guys came they were incredibly thorough, paid attention to every detail, double checked everything to make sure all was back on track.They offered a jetting service considering my large property and roots and old pipes which I agreed and then two days later Cash came back with a different guy Brett who was also wonderful. Great staff, best plumbing experience ever and I for sure know who I will be calling for plumbing from here on out: Rex’s Rooter!

Two very helpful, professional visits! 1) In the first visit I was asked questions and filled out paperwork. The gentleman replaced two bathroom lights with dimmable ones and based on the refrigerator's being too large for its space* and my income he determined that I qualify for a replacement refrigerator. He also provided me with a dimmable floor lamp for one room. --- *It's so close to the walls on either side that one of the doors isn't able to fully open, and I wouldn't be able to pull it out from the back wall to clean because of the tight space. 2) The gentleman who came this time: *Listened well! *Checked heater for safety and filter for efficacy. *Checked water heater for safety. *Replaced weather stripping under front door and door into garage. *Went into the attic to check for any problems with heating ducts. He told me that I'll be receiving a new refrigerator from a vendor in a different county. That company will let me know when they are next coming to my county. Because of Covid it may be a couple of months... 3) Office staff has been polite and helpful, too. MY ONLY COMPAINT--not her fault--is that the phone number for American Eco Services here in Nipomo sometimes is incapable of accepting a voicemail message. It's happened to me a few times and then later I would be able to reach a live person. For me, anyway, there were phone problems during times that I assumed were lunch times. If it hadn't been for such great service otherwise I would have given 4 instead of 5 stars. I do hope they get the phone situation resolved!
I got a great haircut from a gal named Nora. I was surprised, I have never had good luck in those kind of shops. I will return. It's great, make the appointment on line, no more waiting. But again it was the haircut that stole the show!

I recently called Sargent's when my toilet stopped flushing properly and they send a very nice gentleman (Art) out the same day! He had to go out twice to buy parts but wound up replacing all the stuff inside the tank, the handle and also the outer piping to the water supply, all within a couple of hours, and now it works perfectly! I could not be more pleased with their service and courtesy!
I have been bringing my cats here for years and I was not a fan of some of the doctors before Dr. DeVault and her team took over. Now I can say I've never had a better vet. This week they spayed my kitten and unfortunately I was unable to keep her calm enough at home and her incision opened. I had to come in 4 days this week and her entire staff has greatly helped lessen my anxiety and guilt about the situation and treated me and my Biscuit so kindly.In my time sitting in their office, I have seen the receptionists and techs deal with some very stressed and angry people with grace and polite assertion. They have a difficult job and they do it very well. Dr DeVault herself has always been wonderful to my cats and to me, even with my problem kitten. I'm so happy they are here.
