The business has a team of skilled massage therapists who are knowledgeable and experienced in relieving pain and tension. Customers have praised the therapists for their professionalism and intuitive approach to massage. The pricing is considered reasonable for the quality of service provided, and customers are encouraged to tip generously to acknowledge the therapists' expertise and dedication.

The massage experience is described as "pretty good" by some customers, who note that the therapists may talk during the massage and leave the room briefly. One customer found the request for tip amount at checkout to be "a little odd." However, other customers have had "amazing" and "therapeutic" massages, with therapists like Coco and Michelle providing deep tissue work that left them feeling relaxed and recovered.
