This was my first experience with tenting for termites. Randy was our supervisor and he was amazing. He explained everything so that we were comfortable with the process. He understood the difficulties for the homeowner and was so very helpful. I would highly recommend this company and especially Randy.

I called Fortress to do an inspection of my home. We'd had our home tented for dry wood termites about 5 years ago, and treated for subterranean termites shortly after. We scheduled the inspection the week after my call, and Randy showed up right on time. He was very friendly, and completed a thorough inspection. He crawled all around the crawlspace of our home. He didn't find any evidence of current dry wood or subterranean termite activity. He pointed out a couple of floor joists that had some termite damage, and because of his background in carpentry - recommended we have someone install sister boards to the joists to strengthen them. I cannot recommend Fortress Termite Company enough! They communicate quickly and are incredibly responsive in meeting your needs. But Randy, who came out to assess and provide subsequent service, is beyond wonderful. He knows his stuff and his experience shows when looking at your property. He is thorough and completely professional. I feel completely certain that the work done will help me sleep at night without worrying about damage from pesky termites harming my home.
