“We brought our 4-month-old to see Dr. Cathy Ng at Natural Living Family Chiropractic due to intense reflux that was severely disrupting her night sleep, and we are so incredibly thankful we did.

I went from spending 2–3 hours every night rocking, soothing, and trying to comfort our daughter through her discomfort, to now taking only 7–14 minutes to put her down for bed. She typically has just one brief wake-up, and it only takes 2–5 minutes to soothe her back to sleep. The difference has been life-changing for our family.
The adjustments themselves are short, gentle, and straight to the point, and the best part is that our little girl smiles throughout the treatments and genuinely seems relaxed during them.
If you’re noticing your little one struggling with reflux — even silent reflux, where there aren’t visible spit-ups but you can hear and feel the discomfort — I cannot recommend Dr. Cathy enough. I’ll be honest, I was skeptical at first. I even told my husband, “If it doesn’t work, then it doesn’t work. It won’t hurt her to try.” A few sessions later, here we are — I’m able to clean the house after putting her to bed, spend time with my husband when he gets home from work, and most importantly, our little girl is finally getting the restful sleep her body needs.
