“I've been seeing Dr.Sepulveda since my first pregnancy with my son in 2021, and it made a tremendous difference. I suffered a lot of back pain but seeing her on a regular basis during my pregnancy truly helped alleviate my back pain! I was able to have a natural birth with no complications, thanks to Dr.Sepulveda. She is so sweet, caring and very personable, makes you very comfortable during the visit. I also brought my son after I had him for chiropractic care and she was so gentle with him. He had a mild torticollis but it resolved in few months since we started getting adjustments from her. She taught us how to do stretches at home, overall experience was amazing!Even though I'm not currently pregnant I still go see her as my regular chiropractor for monthly adjustments and I don't intend on going anywhere else! She is just simply gifted and amazing! I also love the massage therapist Yvonne. I have had couple sessions of massage with her and I always feel amazing afterwards! Highly recommend her!Office staff is very kind, super kid friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend Dr.Sepulveda for all pregnant mamas, you will not regret! And definitely keep her as your regular chiropractor !!! I can't recommend this practice enough!“
“Did you know that about 1/4 of people who are diagnosed with MDD (major depressive disorder) could experiencejoint inflammation?I happen to fall into that category. I tried a little massage spot in the shopping mall but felt the massage was a too superficial for my personal needs. I needed more.I explained to Chris my needs and wooo did he understand the assignment!? Chris methodically pushed from my armpit all the way down my arm and out my fingers. Really kneading the stiffness out of each of my limbs, back and torso.This is the real deal massage. Chris gets in there. I truly felt relief after seeing him. I really appreciated her expertise as she answered all of my questions about scalp health and best practices. She assessed my scalp with a magnifying device which was so interesting to look at. “I came here for a whole body collagen scrub and the golden spoon facial a week before my wedding and it was seriously the BEST! My face was glowing and my make up stayed on very well on the day of my wedding. I am so grateful for all of the nice staff. Amy was the one who helped me and she was really great!! I also really liked the manager Angel as well and everyone else at the front desk were all very kind and made me feel very comfortable. “My friend and I tried the package 1 which includes 60 mins essential oil massage and head therapy, and we both enjoyed it. The staff are really nice and friendly. They will take the time to explain to you what you are getting. There are different rooms for massage/hair therapy. For essential oil massage, you get to pick the scent of the oil you wanna use. The whole process is really calming and cozy which makes it so hard not to fall asleep lol. Towards the end of the massage, they will also use hot stone to ease up the tension on your back and neck. It was so relaxing.For head therapy, they will do a testing on your hair/scalp prior to the session so you can visualize how your hair condition is. An eye mask will be used during the session too. The hair massage is pretty gentle and nothing aggressive for "deep cleansing". We definitely look forward to coming back soon!“

Doctors usually try and give me cortisone shots or other types of anti inflammatory medicines but each time Tracey has helped relieve the pain with only a few sessions. He’s also taught me stretches to help manage the pain and when I listen and apply what I’ve learned it works. I’m on my way to recovery.“

“I had a combination massage with May and she was meticulous, thoughtful and professional! It was one of the best massages (if not the best) I've ever had. Both deep and restorative. You get a chart where you can note if you'd like to be stretched, stepped on, include hot stone / oils, and also places to focus. The facility was very neat and pleasant (small lamp, shelves to put things) and online appointment systems super easy to use. I'd definitely come back to Zentara again!“

“I have been receiving routine skin care treatments at Le Spa By Sophie since February of this year - and after 6 months I can finally share the results and knowledge I've gotten from these ongoing visits.I am 41 years old and prior to visiting I thought my skin care routine was fine - but during Covid I starting to see my skin aging, looking and feeling very thin, and many wrinkles I hadn't seen before.On my first visit, Selene was able to detect problem areas due to how I'd been washing my face and she also asked me to bring in all of my current skincare and hair products.
