Mr. Kwan is excellent. Not only is he highly knowledgeable and skilled, but he is also incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. Adriana, who helped massage me, is one of the best. She is easy to talk to, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism they both provided.
I had a great experience with Dr Kwan and physical therapist. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my condition before creating a personalized treatment plan. Every session was thorough, and they always explained the purpose behind each exercise and technique, which made me feel confident throughout my recovery.
The staff was friendly, the clinic was clean and well organized, and scheduling appointments was easy. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my pain since starting treatment.
The office is very clean. And the two ladies massaged my shoulder, my lower back & knee made me feel very relaxing. Dr Kwan explained my physical therapy as I needed it for a month or so. I’ll definitely come if my insurance covers. Thank you Dr Kwan
