While this is a basic gym, it does offer the water table and shiatsu chairs for a warm down. The machines are doubled and are kept clean by the staff and members.The most important aspect of this gym is that is kept CLEAN. If you're looking for a basic gym with clean machines and dressing rooms, along with friendly helpful staff, this is the gym for you.

I love it here Justin at the front desk is so sweet and very encouraging every time I go there it's always clean and really nice all the machines work way better than other places

It's a great gym considering the price. Has everything you need plus a few additional perks if you have the black card membership for $10 more than the basic membership. Sometimes there is an issue where it gets crowded at certain times and there are only one of some types of machines so you may have to wait a long time if people are using them. Staff is always very friendly and helpful, especially Kim at the front desk who is usually there when I go in the afternoons and has helped me many times
