The gym is clean and most of the staff are courteous. The lady in glasses is always willing to help and I remember a day I checked in and she said have a good workout John, that was a personal touch that made me feel valued and not just another number. I will just wish that some gym members could be cleaning after themselves.

This gym has honestly changed my life. If it wasn’t for In-Shape, I don’t think I’d be where I am today, physically or mentally. It’s funny that it’s called “In-Shape” because it’s helping me get into shape in every way possible.
Between the classes, the equipment, and even the pool, I’ve found a place that keeps me moving and keeps me coming back. But it’s become so much more than a gym. It’s become part of my healing. Every workout makes me stronger physically, and every day I’m learning more about mental strength and stability too.

I wanted to thank a moment and talk about In Shape , Antioch .. Other than the excellent facilities, the people here are so wonderful.. They will feel like your 2nd home and family , and no 2nd thought about it .. Would recommend people to join here
