Victor came initially and when he came back today knew where to check to get my downstairs thermostat up and running again! The problem seemed to be a switch in the attic connecting the Nest Thermostat. It didn’t take Victor long to find the culprit!Thanks again Victor and Stanley Steemer for always being reliable and your great customer service!Anna B

Stanley Steamer came out and provided me an honest assessment of my ducts and said they were in great condition with no visible dirt. They removed the air duct grills and took pictures to show me that spending money would be a waste. I really appreciate their honesty and would have them return next year to evaluate ducts again. Hard to find people that you can trust, so thank you Luis and Octavio. Happy holidays

Really great service! Attention to detail. Alex was upfront and very honest throughout the entire time about how some areas would respond to cleaning and solutions based on the staining and material surface involved. The house fells so much cleaner and refreshed. Strongly recommend. Will try to use them annually just to stay on top of things better! Also did their duct service last week and house feels and smells fantastic!
