“Juan is efficient, clean, informative, and personable. He did an excellent job on cleaning 4 rooms, hallway and staircase at my house. I was unable to go upstairs due to surgery I had recently had and he was kind enough to video the before and after pictures of what he did. His pricing is very reasonable but best of all he doesn’t cut corners. He does exactly what he says he is going to do, shows up on time and is fair. Would definitely use him again!”
“OC House Beautiful was recommended by a real estate friend of ours. So glad that we got this recommendation. The easiest thing to say for our review is that you should hire them today. We have no reservation recommending them to anyone that has cleaning or floor restoration needs in their home.
We have marble floors and are amazed at the completed cleaning and polishing process and result.
No short cuts for this team. They work together and are extremely efficient.
They care about the finished product and do what it takes to complete the job. They educate you on the process the products and follow up very well.
Their communication is excellent throughout the process and they do more than what is expected.
They don’t upsell or over sell.
Will use them for all our needs.”
