It is such a pleasure to write this review of Brookdale Senior Living of Anaheim Hills. I was so apprehensive moving my beloved father Manuel V out of the home but his increasing care required a professional setting. I could not believe how welcoming and accommodating the entire staff was. They addressed all his needs and my concerns so patiently and graciously. Zachary and Irene were so wonderful with the intake process going over and above to accommodate all of our needs. They gave me many tours and showed me all the wonderful amenities. My Uncle recently moved into Brookdale and its been a beautiful blessing. Everyone has welcomed him and helped my cousin get him situated. His room is spacious too and all the staff have been so wonderful. My Uncle loves the activities too and being able to socialize with others. Food is also really delicious. Brookdale has been a godsend and we look forward to him getting the care and support he needs.
We're a new Brookdale family and our on boarding experience has been excellent. Lana and Veronica were great to work with and the entire staff have been attentive and supportive. Mom feels very safe, comfortable and welcome. Also, the feedback we've gotten from other residents has been very positive and reassuring.
