Gianna is the best!!! I went in for a Brow wax and Lamination and was wowed by the results. She took her time with me and explained every step to me throughout the process. I told her that my skin can be sensitive and she was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. I had no irritation afterwards when I usually do after any waxing. I highly recommend Gianna, her upbeat and lovely personality just adds to the experience!
Gianna is so so great! Her personality is amazing but her work is even more amazing! Got my eyebrows & upper lip waxed and it’s the best work I’ve ever had done (I’m also very picky)!Also this Ulta Beauty location is very clean and staff is always nice!
