“Incredible experience! I have been coming to the PLMC for quite some time now and I have had a wonderful opportunity to get to know the staff and all the services. At this point going to any other medical center feels off and less personal. PLMC is the future. From the Chiro treatments to the one on one consultations I have yet to have a similar experience elsewhere.“

“I had the first appointment of the day with my PCP. I was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment, which wasn't hard to do since I live nearby. However, my PCP was 20 minutes late. Traffic, I guess. I actually heard her come in so she wasn't just sitting in the office somewhere. I like this office for convenience but if I'm expected to be early, I at least expect the doctor to be on time, especially if they are only spending 10 minutes with me. I was there for my annual physical exam and was told to undress even though I wasn't there for a well woman exam. I do a well woman with my OB/Gyn. Well, it would have been nice to know I didn't need to undress completely. Needless to say, I was examined and then I was given a referral to a specialist when my request for additional testing was denied. The specialist would need to order the additional tests, according to my doctor. I left with my lab order for bloodwork a little miffed that I had to make another appointment but such is the state of the healthcare system these days.“

They even told me that Dr. Rosencrantz practice is in a circle of excellence, which I believe you receive through positive statistics/ success rates that are reported to the CDC. My husband and I have been TTC for 1 year now for baby #2 and have had two MMC. Dr. Rosencrantz was great at listening to our story and giving us a course of action ( testing, etc). We are still in the midst of everything but I’m so happy that we found this fertility clinic. I also love that he didn’t tell us we need to do IVF right away, which I feel is something I always hear people expressing about other fertility clinics. He will give you his honest opinion.
Lastly, the staff and phone line is great! When I first called I was able to get an appt within the same week and the staff in the office are friendly, which is a breath of fresh air :)“

“Every single staff member at Agile (formerly Akeso) occupational medicine is so amazing. I can tell they care about patients. Starting with my doctor, Angeli; my physical therapist, Axel; and the front desk staff, Ciara, Andrea, and Graciela.
