“Yes, I did it again! I had refinanced my home in August and I also accomplished something I had been putting off for years. I put my daughter on the title. I had 2 sets of loans as I had taken out a loan for my daughter's education. After the loan was completed, Kenji suggested that we revisit rates, in a few months. On Jan. 11, 2021 I began the refi again. I signed loan documents on Jan. 26, two weeks and a day later. I am thrilled. My two refi's are saving me a total of $890 per month.
