My wait time was non-existent which is a blessing with doctor's appointments these days. As usual Dr. Arnold was thorough, knowledgeable, interested, and concerned with me as a patient.“

490 Illinois St, San Francisco“I haven't read the other reviews but I'm shocked that the ratings aren't all 5-star. This was our third visit and we are 100% impressed each time we come here for my husband's care. There is valet parking--they text you a link so you can let them know when you're ready for your car. Couldn't be nicer or easier. There is an information desk to guide you to your appointment. There is both self check in and an eager and helpful employee ready to check you in. Appointments start on time. They are very thorough, not rushed, are comprehensive, and the providers take great care to ensure you have the best eye health and prescriptions possible. My husband had some possible stroke signs once, which is how we were first referred here. He was examined by three doctors, then sent to Parnassas ER. After that, he's been followed here and his vision care has been far better than what we received from our previous provider. I'm asking our physician for a referral! That's how good it is. It's 90 minutes from home, whereas our previous provider was 20 minutes, but UCSF is so much better!“
