From the start I did feel the initial intake form was a bit invasive asking about v's that should have no bearing on my operation. So I wasn't sure how I was going to be treated declining to answer those questions. Phew! I was still treated like a human being, and the kindness from everyone including Sarah at the front desk all the way to Nurse Karen in recovery made for a painful hand break surgical procedure to be met with reassuring care and attentiveness to my needs and well-being.
