I am very happy I have found and been working with Montserrat. I was struggling with symptoms that doctors could not find a proper diagnosis for. I just knew something was off. I really appreciated the comprehensive look at all my systems (gut, hormones, adrenals and more). For me many areas were out of balance and we just started chipping away at everything very gently. It took a little time but I feel better than ever as I still keep improving. It took a change in lifestyle to change my life and Montserrat was the perfect guide.

Montserrat is truly a gem! She helped me so much more than my mainstream Ob/gyn to determine what exactly my hormonal imbalance was. My severe pms disappeared after adopting a new supplement regimen and taking progesterone. She has also helped me address gut issues with a detailed program. Her wisdom and knowledge of our physical system and how supplements and other methods can help us istruly stellar.
