I have only received a few facials in my life, and Charlotte really helped me understand the process, importance, products, services, options, etc. She even helped me educate me on skin and skin care in general! My facial was excellent. I swear she turned back the clock on my skin lol. She has a lot of experience and has curated a quality product line for sale that really gave me confidence in her recommendations. My skin care routine is a little better now and it shows! I will absolutely be going to Charlotte for my next facial and I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone considering them!

Charlotte is wonderful. My skin hasn't looked this nice for a long time. She asked me lots of questions before she began so that she understood just what I needed. I'm 76 with lots of sun damage from growing up in Florida so I really need someone who is knowledgable and skilled. I'll keep going.

Charlotte is amazing! It was my first time receiving a facial and I couldn’t have had a better experience. She was extremely welcoming, talked me through each step so I could understand the process of a facial. She used some tools to enhance the service, the products smelt heavenly and with my sensitive skin I didn’t have any reactions. She communicated that I could have a slight breakout after the facial but I barely had any pimples after. My skin was soft, clean and glowing after my session and the days following! I am looking forward to more in the future, thank you!
