“Great experience all around for my kitchen remodel that resulted in my dream kitchen. Showroom displayed the cabinetry well and Felix was helpful, efficient and on target with pulling the right sample options. Cost was reasonable. Erica, the design associate, was friendly and precise with measuring, layout and CAD drawing/rendering. Cabinet quality, function, style and space capacity were top notch. Installers Vitaly & Boris were very knowledgeable and able to problem solve my not so level floor. Also installers had good follow-up in coming back when my contractor suggested reinforcing a certain section near the cooktop and adding a toe kick for the dishwasher.After seeing the stunning results and using my kitchen comfortably for a few days now, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BAC to my friends and associates.“

“We had our gorgeous Poggenpohl kitchen cabinetry installed in 2011 as part of a massive renovation to our new single family home on Twin Peaks. The sleek, modern look and seem-less functionality still elicits "oohs" and "ahs" from our dinner guests, 8 years later. Recently we needed some repair work done to a few drawers we banged up. (We are passionate cooks!) With one phone call to I-Ching U., our original Poggenpohl designer and project manager, she had their repair expert John B. out to our house a week later. And just like that, fixes were made and our near perfect kitchen was perfect again! He actually came out TWICE, once to do the original work and again to make sure the repair work stuck and to fix a few little flaws he noted during his first visit. All at no charge to us. I needed a lot of hand holding but couldn't afford going with a design and build firm, and had enough of an idea of what I wanted that hiring an interior designer seemed overkill. After my first consultation with Paragon, I knew I found the perfect partners. Christina was my cabinet designer and incredibly helpful. She was by my side throughout the entire process and consistently went above and beyond - even giving tips, advice and recommendations for elements beyond the cabinetry. I do not think I could have done this without her and I am SO happy with my new kitchen.
