Dr Chen provided my mom an exceptional eye exam experience; he was thorough, patient, patient-centered, and knowledgeable. I also have to give a kudos to Brian and Mark, two members of Dr Chen’s team. They were both equally exceptional. Brian was kind, engaging and very patient as well. Just an overall great experience beyond what I expected.
i've been coming here for years. for this last visit, the wait time was reasonable. the staff were friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. dr. chen was thorough with the eye exam. the office is just a tad outdated.
One star deduction = Tremendously long wait time! I was there over 2 hours, and an hour + of that was just waiting. It would have been better if someone had communicated (“the doctor is running 30 minutes behind, in case you want to go do something useful “).
Once I was seen, the experience was great, from pre-check all the way through final lens selection. Thorough, helpful, good listening, answered questions, said clearly what would happen next and when.
