We just had our roofs replaced. Prior to that, I requested quotes from 3 East Bay area roofing companies. Banner was the same as one of the other quotes at first glance. The first thing that impressed me was the fact that they said no, I did not need new gutters. That alone saved me 9k. Secondly, while the other quotes were charging extra for chimney flashings, and vent flashings, Banner roofing did not charge me for any of them. Banner Roofing Company replaced our roof and they did a terrific job. The roof looks great, and so do the extra vents that we had them install for great air flow in the attic to keep the weather conditions from making our house too hot or too cold. This is a family owned business, and their service was above and beyond what we would consider good. We recommend them very highly!
