I was impressed at how quickly they started and finished the job. Their employees were professional and nice. There was a miscommunication with the areas getting sod and the areas getting DG but Joseph made sure I was happy with the backyard! I will be hiring them to do my side and front yard in the future.“

“We selected MAP for backyard improvements and couldn't be any happier with the results. Our needs were for tree removals, a block retaining wall repair (moisture damage through cracked cap), replacement of landscape timbers with a mortarless wall using a custom multi-stone pattern with curves and varying heights of a design that I provided, and replacement of sod with artificial turf. It did take a few tries to get a hold of Miguel Pineda, the owner of the business, but when we did meet, he immediately instilled confidence with his knowledge, his suggestions, and most importantly, his willingness to listen to our desires and concerns.\nThe variety of the tasks were split under two leads, who were both extremely easy to work with. The most complex part of the job was the installation of the mortarless wall, which required real-time modifications to the stone layout due to ground and planter elevation contours, as well as due to an incorrectly manufactured block size that required modification. Further, curved walls need site modification to the blocks to fit, as do the capstones for the wall. I was able to work side by side with the lead without a single issue to refine the design as needed and the result was a wall that meets and exceeds our original expectations.\nWe wanted a specific type of artificial turf, and M***** delivered a product that was even better than what we had found locally on our own. M***** prepped the grounds and subcontracted the turf installation to an individual whose work was excellent.\nEvery aspect of the job was to our complete liking and we would highly recommend MAP for any softscape or hardscape work needed.“
“Absolutely amazing. Adi at The Golden Tree is a Golden find. He is so pleasant and creative w/ suggestions, ideas, etc. He answered every question - as d*** as some of them were, I'm sure - with responsiveness and grace. His crew was super polite and profesional. Not a crew of people stomping through everything like a commercial job site, but always considerate and pleasant. They heard me struggling in the garage one afternoon and came over and asked if I needed help, for example.As for the work itself - the pictures don't do the job scope justice, and the results were superb. Just what we wanted - and Adi - took our vague descriptions and gave us direction and was an artful collaborative partner.Effectively, we had a drainage issue that required the side concrete and backyard torn up - in the process of fixing that, he delivered a much more livable space. And they went beyond - too many times to count - in fixing the drainage issues (some of which fell to the HOA, but he took care of it because that was part of the fix) plus made tons of extra improvements beyond the scope of the work really.At the end of the day - he did what he promised, for the amount he proposed and in the timeline he stated. Plus he's really an easy to work w/ guy. Really what more do you want. And did I mention the work is fabulous - performed by caring and considerate team.I'm going to keep him on for maintenance and a couple of other projects I have in mind.Really, thanks Adi!“

We had a pool created, a new pergola installed along with a new patio, artificial turf and landscape. As a project manager myself, the best 2 compliments I can give their entire team are 1) how well organized their operation is and 2) how nice, caring and kind hearted their entire team were.The biggest compliment we got (over and over), came from other construction teams working on our home. "We've never seen a whole yard be built this fast." This is very much in part to our project manager, Blaise. He is the absolute best! Blaise is top notch at many aspects, but for me, time management, problem solving and thoughtfulness made our job super smooth. I was so worried about being one of those horror stories with construction projects, but Nate (project manager) and his team and the owner were the complete opposite of a horror story.
